20-minute guided sessions combining stretching, breathing, and relaxation. The goal is to release tension, improve mobility, and restore energy.

 Structure

 Phase 1 – Breathing & Relaxation Setup
 Phase 2 – Guided Stretching Flow (20 minutes total, progressive sequence)
 Phase 3 – Final Relaxation: complete release and mindful breathing

 Equipment needed : yoga mat (optional: foam roller, massage ball for extra release).
 Feel: Gentle, soothing, calming for both body and mind.
 Who it’s for: Designed to recover after a long workday, a long trip, post-exercise fatigue, or even after a short night out. Perfect anytime you feel drained or in need of recovery.
