Postural strength program designed to develop strength, power, and stability, while consolidating healthy posture foundations.

 Structure

 Phase 1 – Warm-Up: active stretching & targeted muscle activation
 Phase 2 – Core & Posture Control: 1 circuit of 4 exercises, repeated twice
 Phase 3 – Strength & Power Circuit: 2 circuits (3 exercises each), each circuit repeated 3 times
 Phase 4 – Cool Down & Reset: relaxation, release, and breathing

 Equipment needed: kettlebell (KB) and dumbbell (DB)
 Feel: Intense, structured, with deep muscular work.
