Corrective sessions focused on mobility and flexibility. Goal: correct postural imbalances, improve range of motion, and reduce discomfort caused by sedentary habits.

 Structure

 Phase 1 – Warm-Up: joint activation and preparation
 Phase 2 – Mobility & Flexibility Circuits: 4 circuits of mobility and flexibility, each circuit repeated twice
 Phase 3 – Recovery: guided stretching, foam-rolling, and ball massage

 Equipment needed: resistance band, foam roller, massage ball
 Feel: Gentle, relaxing, accessible to everyone.
