High-intensity, dynamic training combining cardio and postural correction, ideal for burning calories while improving stability.

 Structure

 Phase 1 – Postural Wake-Up & Mobility: activation and joint mobility
 Phase 2 – Core & Stability Boost: 1 circuit, 30 seconds per exercise, repeated twice
 Phase 3 – Flex Burn 1 & 2: two circuits of 5 exercises each, 40 seconds work / 20 seconds rest
 Phase 4 – Stretching: cooldown and guided stretches.

 Equipment needed: none
 Feel: Dynamic, energizing, moderate to high intensity.
